Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened.

  • Be in its original packaging and condition.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted or incorrectly ordered products.

If the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Products without their original packaging

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items, where stated
